To file a claim against CyberPower, please contact our Service Center within 15days of the Occurrence and be prepared to provide the following information:
- The model number of the CyberPower UPS.
- The serial number of the CyberPower UPS
- The date of the Occurrence.
- Where you purchased the CyberPower UPS.
- When you purchased the CyberPower UPS.
- Copy of the original receipt.
Your CyberPower Customer Service Representative will then instruct you on how to forward your equipment, receipt, and CyberPower UPS in use during the Occurrence, and how to proceed with your claim.
